Mahogany Residence

The 11,2 hectare project is located strategicly at the entrance of Cibubur alternative road, only
1,2 kilometers from the Cibubur exit toll gate and 24 kilometers from Jakarta CBD. It was
launched in June 2004 to meet the premium to high market segment and successfully sold all of
its 325 units, with the highest land price among others in Cibubur area in October 2008.

Royal Tajur

The Corporation succeded in obtaining a rare, premium location in the centre of Tajur, a busy
commercial area in Bogor city. 7,2 hectares at the rst phase and will be expanded based on its
license to 68 hectares. The launch and sales of its rst phase of 7,2 hectares, consisting of 258
residential houses have been done since June 2012 and recorded a huge success due to the
premium location, master plan of the location, design and quality and price competitiveness.

Highscope Indonesia, Rancamaya

As a business unit, the Company bought the license of Highscope Institute from Michigan, USA, through its subsidiary in Indonesia, as a branch for greater Bogor area and opened its preschool level in 2008. The facility is considered a basic education facility which would support the real-estate project to attract home buyers to reside permanently in Rancamaya estate.

In 2013, the preschool level which accommodated young children as early as 1.5 years to 6 years and manage for five years at the total students of around 70 – 80, based on the graduation number of Kindy level every year. On December 2013, management was decided, after planned for two years, would prepare to open the elementary
level in the school year of 2014.

Rancamaya Golf & Country Club

As one of the most important elements for Rancamaya Golf Estate, Rancamaya Golf & Country Club is a perfect destination to unwind. Designed by the famous golf course architect, Ted Robinson, the 18-hole golf course is famous as one of the best world class championship courses.
2013 was the year of our club to manage at its best performance, for all the aspects, green, surrounding, services, food and beverages quality, etc. The Revenue contribution from the Golf and Country Club achieved to Rp. 45.2 billion in 2013

R Hotel Rancamaya

Year of 2013 marked the 24 hour of full swing activities of the construction of the R Hotel at Rancamaya. Ground breaking which was conducted in last November 2012 and topping o ceremony on September 2013 was another achievement of the Company to meet the target of its opening in June 2014.
The Hotel is perfectly located at the centre of Rancamaya, on a 5 hectares land, back to the Club House, surrounded with approximately of 2.5 hectares garden. Its 5-story hotel with spectacular views of the 140 rooms, 10 villas, and stylish seven (7) meeting rooms for MICE facility would truly be ‘one of a kind hotel’ in greater Bogor City.
With the new addition of the “R” Hotel Rancamaya, management is stepping up and preparing to lead most probably the most comprehensive leisure and “MICE “complex in the near vicinity of the Jakarta region. The fact that both operating units under one management and ownership makes the product very unique in both in terms of marketing and the way of providing outstanding service to members and guest.
Unlike other hotels or clubs who only be able to make a decision to focus either on leisure or the meeting and convention market, we at Rancamaya be able to concentrate on both markets.
